Creole Grits

  1. Cook grits according to directions.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, onions, and bacon.
  3. Place in a casserole and bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
  4. May be assembled ahead, covered and refrigerated before baking.
  5. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
