Easy and Healthy Croutons - Just Bake
- 1 as much as you want Sliced bread
- Chop the sliced bread into 5-10mm cubes.
- Arrange the bread cubes on the tray of the toaster oven.
- Bake for about 10 minutes at a low temperature (around 100-150C) until just before they burn.
- All done.
- After they cool, put into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
- You can use them directly from the freezer.
- When you add them to soup, go ahead and add them while still frozen.
- They're healthy, so you can add lots of croutons to your soup.
