Easy and Healthy Croutons - Just Bake

  1. Chop the sliced bread into 5-10mm cubes.
  2. Arrange the bread cubes on the tray of the toaster oven.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes at a low temperature (around 100-150C) until just before they burn.
  4. All done.
  5. After they cool, put into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  6. You can use them directly from the freezer.
  7. When you add them to soup, go ahead and add them while still frozen.
  8. They're healthy, so you can add lots of croutons to your soup.
