Layered Roast Beef Salad
- 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing, Spoonable
- 1 cup KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
- 8 gal. mixed salad greens
- 3 qt. mushroom slices
- 1-1/2 qt. red onions, slivered
- 3 qt. cucumbers, sliced, halved
- 1 gal. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1-1/2 gal. sliced roast beef, cut in 1/4-inch-wide strips
- Mix dressing and horseradish.
- For each serving Place 2-1/2 cups greens on serving plate.
- Top with layers of 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 Tbsp.
- onions, 1/4 cup cucumbers, 1/3 cup tomatoes and 1/2 cup roast beef.
- Drizzle salad with 3 Tbsp.
- of the dressing mixture or pour dressing mixture into small pitcher and serve on the side.
