Presto Potato Salad

  1. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water until just fork tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Be careful not to overcook them.
  3. Drain the potatoes, and then place in a large bowl.
  4. Cover and chill.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then add the chilled potatoes.
  6. Mix well, then sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Salad should be served chilled.
