Maggie's Baked Clam Dip
- 1 large sourdough bread, round
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams, drained
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup chopped scallion
- garlic salt
- Mix ingredients until well mixed.
- slice a top off the sourdough round and hollow out.
- Fill round with dip, place top back on, double wrap in heavy duty aluminum and bake at 225 degrees for 3 hours.
- serve with chunks of sourdough bread.
