Toots Creamy Garlic Potatoes

  1. Slice potatoes thick and layer in 1 1/2 quart baking dish, 2" deep.
  2. Slowly heat cream with garlic, salt and pepper in a milk pan on a low temperature.
  3. Pour hot cream over potatoes.
  4. The cream should cover top layer.
  5. Place small knobs of butter around the dish.
  6. Bake at 150C, until potatoes are tender.
  7. At least one hour.
  8. Serves 6.
