Chicken And Stuffing Recipe
- 4-6 chicken breasts, skinless
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can condensed soup (mushroom, or possibly cream of chicken, or possibly cream of celery)
- Brown chicken.
- Make stuffing according to package directions.
- Mix soup with 1 can water.
- Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Top with stuffing.
- Pour soup over chicken and stuffing.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour on 350 degrees.
- May also be cooked in slow cooker for 3 to 4 hrs.
- May substitute pork chops, minced beef steak or possibly other meat.
- Use cream soup which compliments flavor of meat.
