Lemon Spinach Pasta

  1. Boil pasta as directed on package.
  2. In the meantime, heat olive oil in large pan.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes) - stirring all the while.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes and stir again.
  5. Stir in noodles.
  6. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve.
  7. (about 1 1/2 Celsius per serving).
