Veal A La Casa Recipe

  1. Dredge veal in flour and lightly brown in warm oil.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add in potatoes (cut in 1/2" slices) to meat drippings and brown lightly.
  4. Remove and add in onions (cut in 1/2" slices) and also lightly brown.
  5. In large bake proof dish layer meat, potatoes, onions.
  6. Blend together undiluted chicken soup and broth.
  7. Pour over layers.
  8. Cover.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
