Sausage Skillet Suprise

• 14 oz smoked sausage
• 5 oz match stick carrots
• 1 medium head cabbage
• 1 1tbs minced garlic
• 1 stick butter
• 1 large yellow onlon sliced
• 5 ozs. match stick carrots
• 2 lb fingerling potatoes, par boiled
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

1. 1.
2. Chop cabbage and cook down in butter with garlic in large skillet or wok.
3. 2.Add onions,carrots and seasoning while par boiling potatoes.
4. 3.Add sliced sausage and whole potatoes when tender and heat thoroughly.
5. Serve with some nice crusty bread
