Mexican Goulash
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- In a large skillet brown together, sausage and onions.
- Add tomatoes, sour cream, corn, macaroni and chili powder.
- Cover and simmer for 20min.
