Reversies
- 1-3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 dash salt
- 3/4 cup margarine
- butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. orange extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or to taste)
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder and pinch of salt In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, mix butter, sugar, orange extract and eggs.
- Scrape down the sides, add in half of the flour mixture and blend briefly.
- Add white chocolate chips Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix by hand until all is incorporated.
- Drop by spoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake at 300F for 15 minutes.
- Remove from sheets and cool on racks cookies should still be soft-ish).
- Store in a wax paper lined tin, or plastic sealable container.
