Lemon and Dill Zucchini (Courgettes)
- 2 cups zucchini
- 2 tablespoons lemon olive oil
- 1 12 tablespoons dill, freshly minced
- black pepper, freshly milled
- Half zucchinis length wise and slice into crescents.
- In bowl, drizzle zucchinis with lemon olive oil.
- Add dill and black pepper to taste.
- Let sit for 3 minutes at room temperature.
- Place zucchini mixture on foil lined backing sheet.
- Broil for 5 minutes.
- Serve.
