Lemon and Dill Zucchini (Courgettes)

  1. Half zucchinis length wise and slice into crescents.
  2. In bowl, drizzle zucchinis with lemon olive oil.
  3. Add dill and black pepper to taste.
  4. Let sit for 3 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Place zucchini mixture on foil lined backing sheet.
  6. Broil for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve.
