Hot Crab Rolls Recipe
- 1 pound lump crab meat or possibly 2 to 3 cans
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 12 to 18 rolls
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in mayonnaise.
- Slice rolls in half.
- Brush inside of rolls with melted butter.
- Fill with crabmeat mix.
- Wrap each separately in foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
