Chinese-style Crispy Stir-fried Potato

  1. Peel the potatoes and julienne.
  2. Rinse in salted water.
  3. Julienne the red and green pepper.
  4. Combine the ingredients of the mixed seasonings.
  5. Drain the potato in a colander.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the potato over a high heat.
  7. When the potato is a little wilted add the red and green peppers and fry.
  8. Add the combined seasonings and stir well.
  9. Transfer onto a serving dish and serve.
