Hearts of Palm Salad

  1. Mix dressing, lemon juice and mustard; set aside.
  2. Drain the hearts of palm; cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Divide greens evenly among 10 salad plates; top with hearts of palm and tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
