Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix)
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 1 egg Egg
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey, sugar, or maple syrup
- 1 as much as you'd like Rum (Optional)
- If you make it in a Ziploc bag, it's easier squeeze into the molds.
- Of course you can make the batter in a bowl.

- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) for 15 minutes.
- Put all of the ingredients into a bag, seal it, and then mix.
- Mix it completely and then push the batter all towards the bottom.
- Prepare your baking tray and then cut a 5 mm hole in a corner of the bag.
- The batter is soft and it will flow out quickly so cut the bag near the baking tray.
- Squeeze the batter into the tray with a circular motion.
- Fill the molds to about the same level, and then gently incline the tray to even out the batter in each mold.
- Add some chocolate on top and bake for 15 minutes and they are done!
- Take the tray out of the oven and let the donuts cool in the tray.
- If you used a silicone tray, they will come right out.
- You can even enjoy decorating them.
- I used a Ziploc bag here as well.I used pancake mix.
