Strawberry Cream Cheese JELL-O Pie

• 1 (6 oz.) ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
• 1 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 tub thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup halved strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. In medium bowl, add gelatin, 2 cups boiling water and cream cheese.
2. Whisk together until well blended.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water; whisk.
4. Mix in strawberry slices and pour gelatin mixture in pie shell.
5. Refrigerate several hours.
6. Just before serving, top with whipped topping and fresh berries.
