Apple Cheddar Loaf (ABM)

• 1 12 cups unsweetened applesauce
• 1 12 cups grated apples
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 34 cups whole wheat flour
• 3 14 cups bread flour
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 14 teaspoons instant yeast

1. Place everything except in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
