Honey Joys

• 90 grams butter or marg
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 4 cup cornflakes
• 1/4 cup 100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate

1. Preheat oven to 150'C .
2. fill cupcake trays with cupcake papers and set aside till needed .
3. place cornflakes in large bowl and set aside till needed .
4. Heat butter , sugar and honey in small saucepan until frothy , remove from heat and add to the bowl of cornflakes and mix well to coat all .
5. spoon spoonfuls of the cornflake mixture into the cupcake papers , heaped , and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate and cake in the oven for 10 minutes or till lightly golden in colour .
6. remove from heat and let set , kids love them .
7. enjoy .
