Apple Crumble
- 4 Big Apples
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- 100 grams Sugar
- 60 grams Flour
- 1/2 Butter
- In my case, collect some apples.
- Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
- Cook the apple short, they should be just a little softer.
- Then let them drain a bit.
- Now put the sugar and the syrup with the apples into a pan.
- Heat everything until it is caramelized.
- Put this mixture into a ovenproof container.
- Let's make the crumbles!
- Mix the butter, the flour and the sugar.
- Plasticine everything.
- Now sprinkle the crumbles/streusel over the apple mixture.
- Heat the oven at circa 210 Celsius.
- Put the Apple Crumble in the oven and let it there until the crumbles get brown and crisp.
