  4. Remove casings from sausage, crumble into large heavy skillet.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring often for 5 min, or possibly till meat isn't pink.
  6. Reserve to plate lined with paper towels.
  7. Throw away fat.

  9. Saute/fry peppers and onions in extra virgin olive oil in same skillet over medium heat, 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add in garlic, cook 1 minute.
  11. Add in mushrooms, pepperoni, basil, oregano and black pepper.
  12. Cook 2-3 min.
  13. If too dry, add in 1-2 Tbsp.

  16. Unroll pizza dough - place in well seasoned 9-10 inch cast iron skillet, stretching dough slightly to fit up sides about 1 inch.
  17. Roll 4 pointed corners inward slightly.
  18. Spread dough with 2 Tbsp.
  19. pizza sauce.
  20. Spread 1/2 vegetable mix over sauce.
  21. Top with half the sausage.
  22. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
  23. Parmesan cheese.
  24. Dot with 3 Tbsp.
  25. sauce, put 1/2 the Mozzarella.
  26. Repeat layers.
