Spaghetti with Shrimp and Tomato and Basil Sauce

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
  2. Meanwhile saute the red chili flakes and garlic with 2 Tbsp of olive oil; just before the garlic turns slightly yellow add the shrimp and saute on both sides for 1 minute.
  3. Add the sauce and bring to simmer.
  4. Cook the pasta according to directions, drain and toss with the sauce.
  5. Stir in basil and remaining olive oil before serving.
