Apricot Philly Loaf

  1. Combine flour, bran, apricots and carrot.
  2. Beat Philly* until smooth, add eggs and sugar gradually, beating to combine.
  3. Add cheese mixture to dry ingredients, add milk and mix well.
  4. Place mixture in a lined 21cm x 10 cm loaf tin and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  5. Bake at 160C for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
