Another Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 2 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 c. cooked cut-up vegetables
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1.
- In a 3 quart baking dish, combine the soup, lowfat milk, thyme, and pepper.
- Stir in the vegetables and chicken or possibly turkey.

- Bake at 400F 15 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble.
- Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
- 3.
- Remove dish from oven; stir.
- Arrange biscuit pcs over warm chicken mix.
- Bake 15 min or possibly till golden.
- VARIATION: Top with melted cheddar or possibly swiss cheese (grated) for the last 5 min of baking.
- Turkey can be substituted for chicken.
- The vegetables that can be used include carrots, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, frzn or possibly fresh.
