Roasted Vegetables
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 1 cup petite baby carrots
- 3 stalk celery
- 15 oz pole beans
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 12 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese chunks
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- slice the onion and celery
- Line a pie pan with butter.
- Add vegetables.
- Carrots beans, celery, now season with half the salt and pepper.
- Add mushrooms the other half of salt and pepper.
- then the other half stick of butter.
- Spread out over the mushrooms add onion slices and cheese chunks
- Bake covered 40 minutes or till tender.
