Rich Pecan Pie

  1. Bring syrup, sugar and butter to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Heat oven to 375F.
  4. Place nuts in pie crust.
  5. Whisk eggs and vanilla in medium bowl until blended.
  6. Gradually stir in syrup mixture; pour over nuts in crust.
  7. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  8. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool.
