Beef Brisket In Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
- 5 lb Beef brisket
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt Pepper to taste
- 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- Cut most of fat off the brisket.
- Put brisket on rack in deep baking pan.
- Sprinkle all sides of brisket with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle soup mix on top.
- Pour teriyaki sauce on top.
- Half of soup mix will fall off to make gravy.
- Pour 1 1/2 c. water in bottom of pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
