Make Ahead Meatball Salad

  1. In a bowl combine beef and breadcrumbs.
  2. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
  3. Place in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  5. Cool for 15-30 minutes.
  6. Place Italian salad dressing in a resealable plastic bag; add meatballs.
  7. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Drain and discard marinade.
  9. On a serving platter arrange greens, onion, cheese and olives.
  10. Top with meatballs.
  11. Drizzle with dressing.
