My Family's Pork and Garlic Shoot Stir-Fry

  1. Chop all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix all seasonings.
  3. Heat oil (sesame oil if available) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork.
  4. When the colour of the pork starts to change, add garlic shoots and king oyster mushrooms, then continue stir-frying.
  5. When they start to cook through, add the seasonings.
  6. Bring to a boil, and pour in the dissolved katakuriko.
  7. Mix well so that the sauce is evenly absorbed, then it's done.
