Berry And Pineapple Crumble Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 13- by 9- by 2-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Combine cake mix, butter, 1/4 c. sugar, oats and cinnamon in large bowl.
  4. Rub together with fingertips till mix resembles coarse meal and holds together in large moist clumps.
  5. Fold in pecans.
  6. Mix frzn blueberries, pineapple with syrup and remaining 1/2 c. sugar in prepared dish.
  7. Cover fruit with cake-mix topping.
  8. Bake crumble till fruit is bubbling thickly and topping is brown and crisp, about 1 hour.
  9. Let stand 15 min.
  10. Serve with ice cream.
  11. This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
