Beth's Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 1 cup banana, mashed (about 2 1/2 medium bananas)
- 1 large egg
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon stevia or 12 cup Splenda granular
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 14 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons semisweet mini chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway.
