Queen's Bush Spinach Salad
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 18 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese or 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, hard boiled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 6 -8 cherry tomatoes or 6 -8 grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Kraft Calorie-Wise creamy poppyseed dressing
- On a plate or bowl of baby spinach leaves, scatter onions, tomatoes, bacon bits, and cheese.
- Top with egg slices and drizzle with dressing.
