Salmon Penne With Peas and Lemon

  1. Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water.
  2. To the pasta, add remaining ingredients and the reserved water.
  3. Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
