Salmon Penne With Peas and Lemon
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 12 cups peas
- 14 cup chopped fresh dill
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water.
- To the pasta, add remaining ingredients and the reserved water.
- Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
