Ham Supper Soup Recipe

  1. Cover ham bone with 2 qts water in large kettle.
  2. Simmer, covered for 1 hour and 30 min.
  3. Add in peas, carrots and onion.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour longer.
  5. Add in potatoes and celery.
  6. Remove bone.
  7. Cut off meat.
  8. Return meat to kettle, simmer for 15-20 min longer.
