Arugula And Roasted Red Pepper Salad Recipe

  5. oil, and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min.
  7. To serve, rub inside of large bowl well with cut sides of garlic.
  8. Add in arugula to bowl.
  9. Add in remaining vinegar, 1/2 tsp.
  10. of salt, peppers and marinade and toss again.
