Pastrami Bliss Sandwich
- 1 loaf Your Favorite French Bread From The Bakery
- 1 jar (about 8 Oz. Jar) Yellow Mustard
- 10 slices Dill Pickles, Preferably Claussen
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Peeled, Cut In Half, Thinly Sliced.
- 1 pound Pastrami, Thinly Sliced From Your Local Deli
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Prepackaged Cole Slaw Mix
- 16 ounces, fluid Bottle Cole Slaw Dressing, Preferably Kraft
- 8 ounces, weight Bag Shredded Lettuce
- Mix together the bag of coleslaw and dressing and set aside.
- Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread both sides of the bread with mustard.
- Layer in the following order: dill pickles, tomatoes, red onion, pastrami, Swiss cheese, cole slaw, and lettuce.
- Wrap with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour so the flavors meld together.
- Enjoy not having to turn on the oven in the middle of summer!
