Asian Sesame Vegetable and Beef Dinner

  1. Trim and discard fat from steak; place steak in shallow dish.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.

  5. Heat oven to 400F.
  6. Heat large heavy ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Place steak in skillet; sprinkle with spice.
  9. Place onions around steak; cook 3 min.
  10. or until bottom of steak is browned.
  11. Remove steak from skillet; set aside.
  12. Add carrots, peas and remaining dressing to onions in skillet; stir.
  13. Return steak, browned side up, to skillet.
  14. Place in oven.
  15. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  16. or until steak is medium doneness (160F).
  17. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on serving plates.
  18. Top with vegetable mixture.
  19. Serve with rice.
