Beer Batter Fried Fish Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Wash and dry fish (pat with towel).
  3. Cut fillets to desired size.
  4. Heat 2 inches of veg.
  5. oil in pan.
  6. Dip fish pcs in batter; fry briefly in warm oil turning as necessary.
  7. Adjust the batter ingredients as needed so it doesn't get too thick or possibly too thin.
