Hamburger steaks

• 1 1/2 lb ground hamburger
• 1/2 packages crackers broke up
• 1 each egg
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 teaspoon of dried mustard
• 1 teaspoon of garlic
• 2 packages brown gravy
• 3 cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Be sure to check your gravy packages but mine says 3 total cups of water add water n mix to saucepan boil till gravy is thick set aside
3. Mix all ingredients till mixed make pattys place in baking pan and pour gravy over place in oven bake for 45 minutes or till meat is done
