EasyWhelks and Mushroom Ajillo

  1. Cut the whelks and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Don't cut them too finely.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Heat the serving dish in an oven or oven toaster for about 5 minutes.
  5. Put the olive oil in a milk pan (small saucepan), add the garlic, whelks, mushrooms, and ingredients.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook whilst agitating the pan to mix it up.
  7. Transfer to a piping hot serving dish, sprinkle with Italian parsley, then it's done!
