EasyWhelks and Mushroom Ajillo
- 100 grams Whelks
- 1 pack Mushrooms
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 pinch Red chili peppers (sliced)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Italian parsley
- Cut the whelks and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- Don't cut them too finely.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat the serving dish in an oven or oven toaster for about 5 minutes.
- Put the olive oil in a milk pan (small saucepan), add the garlic, whelks, mushrooms, and ingredients.
- Cover with a lid and cook whilst agitating the pan to mix it up.
- Transfer to a piping hot serving dish, sprinkle with Italian parsley, then it's done!
