good old collard greens

  1. place turkey necks in a pot with enough water just to cover meat
  2. boil for 35 to 40 minutes don't let water boil out
  3. add onion and sugar and seasonings and chicken broth
  4. wash greens and cut up into bite size pieces then add to the pot.
  5. cover and continue to cook for a while on simmer until greens reach ur preferences.
  6. add more salt if u like.
  7. let stand.
  8. serve and enjoy.
