  1. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Drain potatoes and garlic; return to pan.
  4. Mash until desired texture, gradually adding cream cheese.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
