Garlic-Chipotle Smashed Potatoes
- 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, quartered Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Drain potatoes and garlic; return to pan.
- Mash until desired texture, gradually adding cream cheese.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
