Orange Fennel Coleslaw

  1. Mix mayonnaise, orange juice, dill, anise seed and orange peel in large bowl.
  2. Add coleslaw blend and fennel; mix lightly.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce to taste.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
