Orange Fennel Coleslaw
- 3-1/2 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise or KRAFT MAYO Light Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. anise seed
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
- 1-3/4 gal. coleslaw blend
- 1-1/4 gal. fennel bulbs, shaved
- - salt
- - black pepper
- - DURKEE Hot Sauce
- Mix mayonnaise, orange juice, dill, anise seed and orange peel in large bowl.
- Add coleslaw blend and fennel; mix lightly.
- Season with salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce to taste.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
