Favas with Tiny Pasta

  1. Blanch carrots in boiling water for 3 min., drain.
  2. In a large bowl, place carrots, drained favas, pasta and chives.
  3. In a cup, whisk vinegar, oil, basil and mustard.
  4. Pour over salad.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Marinate at least 2 hrs.
  8. before serving.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
