One-Pot Pasta with Broccoli Rabe, Hazelnuts and Parmesan
- 5 sheets refrigerated lasagna noodles, each cut into 4 lengthwise strips
- 250 g broccoli rabe, ends trimmed
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
- 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- Cook noodles and broccoli rabe in large pan of boiling water 4 min.
- or just until noodles are tender.
- Remove noodle mixture from pan; drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
- Heat dressing in same pan.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until softened.
- Stir in reserved cooking water; bring to boil.
- Add noodle mixture; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cheese; mix lightly.
- Top with nuts.
