Homemade Salsa
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/4 Yellow Onion, Finely Diced
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Jalapeno, Finely Diced (seed Them For Less Heat)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- Place the tomatoes, yellow onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, jalapeno, and cilantro in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse/blend to desired consistency.
- Refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together (optional but necessary).
- Enjoy!
