Homemade Salsa

  1. Place the tomatoes, yellow onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, jalapeno, and cilantro in a food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse/blend to desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together (optional but necessary).
  4. Enjoy!
