Mango Kulfi

  1. Place mango chunks in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  2. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cardamom; process until blended.
  3. Pour mixture into 1 1/2-qt.
  4. metal container.
  5. Cover, and freeze 8 hours, or overnight.
  6. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with jalapeno, if using.
