Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Kabobs

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto 4 skewers.
  3. Grill 10 to 15 min.
  4. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, cook and stir cooking creme and milk in saucepan on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Spoon rice onto plates; top with kabobs and sauce.
