Turkey Stuffed Peppers
- 4 each Bell Peppers
- 1 lb Ground Turkey(or any desired meat)
- 1 Chopped Yellow Onion
- tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Cooked Jasemine Rice
- 1/2 can Any Spaghetti Sauce (to taste)
- 1 (Optional) Avocado
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line pan with tin foil for easy clean up.
- Spray with oil to avoid peppers sticking.
- Set aside.
- Cut the top of the pepper off and carefully clean them out.
- Set aside.
- Start cooking your rice to get that going.
- Then cook ground turkey in a pan until half done, season with salt and pepper and add the diced onions.
- Cook until onions are heated through then add the garlic and mix well into the meat and onions.
- Once meat and rice are done add to a mixing bowl.
- Add cheese, and spaghetti sauce.
- Mix thoroughly.
- May need more salt and pepper.
- Once everything is mixed place peppers in the pan and fill the peppers all the way up with the meat mixture.
- Place the tops back on the peppers and put in the oven.
- Bake for roughly 40-45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
- Once done, let cool then top with the diced Avocado(optional).
- Delicious.
